Moving with DISH? Here’s What You Need to Know

If you're relocating and want to take DISH with you, the process is simple. Just call 1-800-333-DISH (3474) and provide your moving details, including your new address and preferred installation date. Make sure to pack your DISH equipment and have it ready when the technician arrives for setup.

DISH does not charge a relocation fee unless you move more than once within a 12-month period. If that’s the case, a $100 fee applies.

Adjusting Your DISH Plan

If you want to modify your DISH service, call 1-800-333-DISH (3474). Whether you need to upgrade or downgrade your plan, DISH offers flexible options.

For example, if you switch from America’s Top 200 ($106.99/month) to America’s Top 120 ($86.99/month), you will receive a monthly credit of $20 for the remaining months on your contract. If the change is made mid-month, the credit is prorated.

On the other hand, if you upgrade to a higher-tier package, the cost difference will be prorated for the rest of the billing cycle.
